Getting ”Class not Registered” when trying launch from QC

I have Service Test 11.2 and I am trying to run a test from ALM 11 sp3. When I click on the Run button I get a red message box that says "Class not Registered

This is a common problem, try loading or reload the following

1. Close ST and QTP
2. HP ALM Client Registration
(http://{Insert QC Server}/qcbin/CommonMode_index.html)
3. HP Quality Center Connectivity
(http://{Insert QC Server}/qcbin/TDConnectivity_index.html)
4. Then close all Browsers
5. Reopen browser and try to launch test.
