Getting error when trying to setup the client log management for ALM client?

Hello, I am getting the following error when trying to set up the client log files to capture logs for the ALM Client: (see attached image) Any help on what may be causing this OTA client can’t create key issue?? Thanks, HomerJ

Hello Homerj, Every time I have seen that error it is due to a permissions issue. If you don't have admin privileges then the application of this key creation fails as it is trying to add a registry entry. The way to alleviate this is to right click and run the tool as and admin with elevated rights or get an admin to assist in the installation and set up of this tool.
