Getting ”Product Folder for Cycle not found. Not creating Cycle” error in Agile Accelerator Project

We just started playing with the HP Agile Accelerator (basic) project template.
When we try to create a Release under the "Releases" (top level) in the Management tab, we get this error:

Product Folder for Cycle not found. Not creating Cycle

Why is that?

This is a common issue when starting to play with the Agile Accelerator project.

You MUST have at least one folder (''Product'' in Agile-speak) under the ''Releases'' folder (top level) in the Management module.
Then, you can create release and cycles under the ''product'' and it should work.
It will automatically create various folders and requirements in the Requirements module.

that was it! I created a ''product'' folder and that was all it needed to work.
