“HKCR Reg function is not found” error when trying to connect UFT to ALM

Trying to setup UFT integration with ALM, but running into this error (see screenshot): “Failed to update components from server HKCR Reg function is not found” We can run UFT as administrator, but it’s our understanding you should only have to do this once. Any help?

Private answer
Make sure your ALM URL is added to your trusted or intranet (or similar GPO) Internet Security policy in IE. This is most likely preventing the components to download and register as they aren't trusted (like when you register client components via your browser). Marked as spam
