Host keeps failing when I perform a Check Host in Lab Management

Hi. I keep getting errors within Lab Management on any UFT Functional test boxes. All of the hosts are registered correctly but when a test is initiated the Hosts fail stating that the Lab Service failed to Login. We’ve changed the Login ID several times and none of them work even though they are actively set up.
We are getting the following error:
‘Host " recover has failed. Reason: Finished with errors. Recover Host has failed on all purposes: Lab Service failed to log in as TestDir to the testing host
Check the testing host for the following:
1. The testing host has reached its limit of logged in users. To execute this test, log out one of the currently logged in users.
2. The information for user, password, or domain is incorrect.
For more information, see the HP ALM Lab Management Guide.

Hi. In order for the ALM machine to connect to the UFT machine, you need to ensure that you are using the correct credentials, which come from the ALM machine. Enter the Windows user ID into the Host user name field, the password of the Windows user into the Host password field, and the domain of the Windows user into the Host domain field. Again, these credentials should come from the ALM machine, and should be entered into the HP ALM Lab Services Settings window located on the UFT machine. I hope this helps!
