Go to dashboard ''Analysis View''
Create a new ''Project Report''
Click the ''Template Creator'' button
Save the ''New Report Template''
Open the ''New Report Template'' that you saved, Click ''Enable Content'' NOTE: make sure that macros are enabeled!!
Click the ''Template Creator'' button in MS Word
Click the ''Connect to ALM'' button
Enter the information for your ALM server and the project and click login, then update
Click the ''choose template type'' button and select which template that you want to add fields to
Click the ''Insert Multiple Fields'' button and select all of the fields that you wish to display in your report
Click Insert
Click ''Save As'' in word and give the template a new name
Return to ALM
Open the Project report that you had opened earlier
Add the appropriate sections
For the report section that you created the new template, click the ''Custom Template'' radio button and then point to the new template you saved
