How do I add an AppDynamics machine agent to the database server?

I am getting this error: WARN RegistrationTask – Encountered error during registration. Will retry in 60 seconds. com.appdynamics.voltron.rest.client.NonRestException: Method: SimMachinesAgentService#registerMachine(SimMachineMinimalDto) – Result: 403 Forbidden. HTTP Status 403 – Access to the requested resource has been denied.

This error is usually in line with the fact that your agent and Controller are not compatible. Please ensure that you have an agent version that is at or below the version number of your Controller. Marked as spam
