Could you please help me on the below request

1 overall report for each release that shows amount of time defects sat in retest prior to moving to another status.

And then mgmt wants a report that they can run on demand for any existing defect in retest that shows how long they have been open for.

The purpose of these are to monitor real time to drive closure to retests as well as do overall coaching per user.
