How do I migrate the site admin schema in QC/ALM v11 from Oracle to SQL Server?

I am attempting to upgrade QC/ALM from v11.52 to v 12.20. However before that I wish to migrate the database server from Oracle to SQL server. The problem is that it seems pretty simple to do this with the projects schema but I can’t find out how to do this with the site admin schema.

The answer in this question (http://eyeontesting.com/questions/8158/how-do-you-migrate-almqc-from-oracle-project-datab.html) said there was no easy way to do it. Is this true? If so does anyone have any not easy ideas on how to do it?

Thanks

It isn't much but it was all I found. I've never tried to switch db server technology.
