How do you change JAVA Heap size for newer QC versions 11.5x and 12.x?

I see a few posts in here about setting the JAVA heap size.
an older one is explicitly for JBOSS (older QC versions), but not sure about what to do when it is JETTY (newer QC version 11.5x, and 12.x).
Any ideas?

Actually, one of the other posts about HEAP did not mention it, but the directions work for JETTY:
