How to create a WSDL file to test web Service ?

Developer sent me the WSDL file which saved at his local machine . WSDL is not ready for testing. But I want to start creating the script. How to create a WSDL file , so I can start creating the API script ?

Yes you can import a WSDL file please see UFT online HELP [Import a WSDL-Based Web Service](http://uft-help.saas.hpe.com/en/14.00/UFT_Help/Content/User_Guide/task_import_wsdl.htm). This has the procedure on how to import the file base. Marked as spam
