Does HP supply a utilty to customize the QC splash screen?

Unfortunately, HP does not provide ALM/QC with the functionality to modify the splsh screen content.

There are ways to hack, but these ARE not recommended.
These require a high level of maintenance, due to the need create a custom dll and update the server after every patch.

Yep, we found it is not worth the effort, too much maintenance.
