How to filter on null/empty value in Automail?

We are trying to add a condition (filter) to Automail for a given user. we want it to send emails to this user when the indicated fields change (i.e. status changes) AND only if Target Release is not null (Not = "") but it seems this is not working. Do I have to set this filter value to say (Not = Null) instead?

You are on the right track. The syntax is to use ='' Two single-quotes (apostrophes) in a row -- it looks like one double-quote, though. Marked as spam
