How to fix when Performance Center is Stuck On ”Creating Analysis Data”?

Ran a test performance Centerv9.52. it ran successfully. Then selected "Analyze Data" to generate the results and report from Raw Results. it is now over 6 hours the test status still in "Creating Analysis Data" mode. somehow it is not generating the report.

Could anyone please let me know how to resolve this issue.

The test status can be changed via the PC Admin site. In the Test Run section, you can change the Test Run status from ''Creating Analysis Data'' to ''Before Creating Analysis Data'' and retry Analysis. If it continues to fail, you can always download the Raw Results and analyze them on your machine.
