I want to understand the overview of ALM classes,objects and their relationships ,is there any tool or procedure which generates this class relationship diagram from otaapiclient.dll file?

I tried adding otaapiclient.dll reference to a project in visualstudio2010 ultimate edition, then created a class diagram by adding all the types of tdapiolelib into class diagram , but individual interfaces and classes got displayed without showing any relationships between them
