how to install ALM12.5

Hi can any one guide me how to install ALM12.5, i tried all the way not working, it says ProgramData/HP/ALM/conf not found
please some one help me how to slove the issue

Rohit1241,
Make sure that the user you are using has full local admin access, as it sounds like they don't have access to the windows file system. Also is this an upgrade or clean install?

Rohit1241, First make sure that your user has the correct permissions. They are changed through user account settings and need to be done using an admin account. If using windows, you would also need to make that folder visible, as it is hidden by default. Once you can view the folder permissions, make sure that the folder has read/write/update permissions for the account you will be using to install. It is best to get your IT department involved to set the permissions needed (they are documented within the installation guide so as to not cause security issues or violations). Dan
