How to make additional fields visible in the test details?

would like to customize the fields to include additional system or user added fields seen in the test Details "Details" area but not sure where this is managed? I have to think I can configure this like a defect but I could be wrong. See the incredible artist rendering attached![alt text][1]

Here are the steps involved in creating a User-Defined field that is visible.
From the Project Customization page, do the following:
Click Project Entities->Test->User Fields->New Field to produce the following:

Click Save.
Click Return.
Click Major Change and OK.
See the new User Defined Test Field![alt text][2]
