There are several locations where you can set the parameter values within ALM. In the Test Plan module, you can set the group, component, or flow to run for a specific range of iterations. To do this, highlight the test in the Test Plan tree, click the link displayed in the Iterations column, then click the 'Select Iterations' button in the heading of the Iteration dialog window. Iterations that are not within the selected range wil be disabled in the heading of the Iteration dialog window. Another location in the Test Plan module where you can set the parameter values that a test configuration uses for each iteration is in the Data tab within the Test Configurations tab. In the Test Lab module, you can set the parameter values used for each iteration flow run instance in the Test Iterations tab. Another option available is to iterate according to data that is imported. This process consists of importing values from an external file, which are then used to define the lists of component or flow parameter values used for the iterations. AS a result, only the defined iterations run when the component or flows runs. Iterations are disabled if they are not selected to be included in the run.
