HP-synchronizer Service doesn’t start (automatic) on server start up

Hello, We have installed HP sync 12.53 on a new server. The Service Startup type is defined as automatic. Any idea ?

Make sure this a Sync-server is NOT also installed on QC-Server -- that is not allowed. Is the Potgres service starting OK automatically? It may be a delay... Postgres DB (used by Synchronizer) might be starting up slowly and the HP-Sync service is starting before Postgres is fully ready. see if you can either put dependency on Postgres or DELAY the HP-Sync service to wait for Postgres to start (standard Windows service stuff).
