HPMC down with http 503 error

All of sudden, today I noticed HPMC is down with below error. I have checked the services on HPMC server and all are up and running. HTTP ERROR: 503 Problem accessing /. Reason: Powered by Jetty://

GoDawgs, Please check the version of PostGreSQL service that is running. For Mobile Center 2.53 you need to be running the 9.6 version. If the 9.3 version is running, you need to remove the 9.3 version and get the PostgreSQL 9.6 version up and running. Then, restart the Mobile Center services on the server and make sure that the NGInx service is also up and running as well as the HP Mobile Center service, then everything will work properly.
