HPQC Install issues – Server missing components

Unable to install HPQC, getting errors saying "cannot download. check this file is present on server" for many items, followed by "close all connections to the server and try again".

Resolved. The new Sophos antivirus was blocking the dlls from being downloaded, but wasn't throwing any errors to notify us. The Infrastructure team has whitelisted the HPQC IP address and now the HPQC program can be properly downloaded and installed. Marked as spam
