I am having trouble importing my SiteScope 11 license. It imports sucessfully, but when I restart SiteScope service, it then tells me I don’t have enough points. When I go back to preferences after the service restart, it says there is no valid license intalled. The license has been generated on WebWare specifically for my IP address (which seems to be a requirement for SiS 11 license now, BTW), but still I cannot getit to work.

I noticed that there were 2 patches for SiteScope, I have installed them. (patches 00097, 00129)

Open the license file in a text editor. Look for `` at the end of the file. Delete `` and re-import the license file. Now it should work.
