I cannot get 'Client ID' to work with AutoPass and UFT

I am trying to figure out how to restrict AutoPass license and the documentation does not say where to get the client id. Does anybody know where this can be found?

The client id is the target machine network MAC address. However currently with UFT 12.54 and lower that feature is currently disabled. HPE document [KM02588497][1] describes how to get MAC address and has note about note about being disabled.
