IE 11 in Windows 10 freezes when creating defects

Hello. I have user that is experiencing an issue in ALM, where IE freezes when they try to create a new defect. When they click the ‘New Defect’ button, the ‘New Defect’ window doesn’t open, and the IE browser freezes. We have ran the ALM Client Cleanup Utility on the affected machine, but the same issue still occurs. I have checked with other users, and this one user is the only one affected by this issue. I appreciate any information that you can provide.

Hello. Since this issue is only affecting one user, and you have tried the ALM Client Cleanup Utility on the machine, I would like for you to delete the affected user from the ‘Site Users’ list in Site Administration. After the user has been deleted from the list, recreate the user, and add them back to the project. After you have recreated the affected user in ALM, have them retest to see if the issue still occurs. Marked as spam
