IN ALM-PC 11.52patch 1 how do I fix ”Error launching wlrun.exe. Reason: Failed to run process using CreateProcessAsUser for user ”OurDomain\IUSR_METRO”?.

This error occur every time we try to start any load tests within the ALM-PC 11.52 patch1 interface. This is a show stopped!

please Help

* The Error message ''- Failed to start the controller on the host. Error launching wlrun.exe. Reason: Failed to run process using CreateProcessAsUser for or user OurDomainIUSR_METRO.. Windows error code = 1314 is cause by the factor the OurDomainIUSR_METRO the interal virtual admin for ALM-PC does not have enough privileges/ permissions.

* To Correct this problem:

* Make sure DEP, all Windows Firewall, and UAC is off on all hosts.

* By default certain privileges like ''Replace a process level'' privilege is turned off even for administrators. Add ''Replace a process level'' privilege for the ''domain user'' OurDomainIUSR_METRO account in all Controller and Load Generator hosts.

* Run a ''System Health Check'' from lab management website.
