Using UFT 14.03, when downloading a WSDL definition, we are getting the error "The request was aborted: Could not create SSL/TLS secure channel." in an API test. In SoapUI we can download with out any issues.

This error typically means that UFT needs to be configured for TLS 1.1 or 1.2. The default is 1.0. The fix for this can be found in the below KM articles from Micro Focus.
