I want to monitor the % Processor Time for all 16 Servers participating in the test in one graph. How do i set this up?

Add the metrics desired to the measurements ''template'' for the operating system, then whenever a machine is added the measurements will be applied by default.

Try using TweakLR. One of the features is creating a custom default monitor and having multiple ones for different projects so you can change them around.
