In HP-Synchronizer 12.53, we are trying to create a QC-JIRA link, but do not see JIRA in the list

WE are trying to use the JIRA adapter from HPE to make a QC-JIRA defect link, but on the endpoint 2 part of the link definition, we cannot see JIRA in the list, but do see TFS, ClearQuest, etc. How to enable JIRA in the list? Do we need to install something?

Try enabling the ''JIRA'' selection from Tools/Server Options on the HPE-Synchronizer client. There should be a JIRA checkbox there about half way down the page, ''Visible adapters'' section next to ClearQuest, RequisitePro, TFS it has ''JIRA''. Marked as spam
