In LR 11.04 how do you record / capture a windows popup?

I’m using LoadRunner 11.04 Ajax TruClient & I see that it is not recording the action performed on a pop up window (Example Open / Save PDF). Does Anyone know how to capture it? Any input would be great.

The reason you are not able to capture the Popup action is due to the nature of this Firefox pop-up. This pop-up is a ''download manager plugin'' that step outside of Firefox bowser to download the file. Thus why no actions record as it isn't in the browser. The same is true to the ''open'' a PDF the action trigger the Firefox to hand over control to the ''adobe reader'' or ''PDF reader'' programs, again outside the Firefox browser thus not recorded there is No supported workaround/fix for this at this time unless you upgrade to LoadRunner 11.5.
