Initialization Error has Occured during ALM client launch?

Hello,
I am getting an initialization error while trying to launch the client from the browser. Please offer some guidance in resolving this issue.

Hello HomerJ,

Add the ALM URL to the ''local Internet'' or trusted site zones. It access these zones select from within Internet Explorer the Tools (the little gear)option in the menu items, and then select the ''internet Options'' menu selection and then the Security tab and then select the zone to edit and click the Sites button to edit the list and add the URL to it. Once added. Close and relaunch internet explorer and try the ALM site again.
