Yes  WIndows server 2016 is supported

HOWEVER, please note:

1. When working with Windows 10 or 2016, we recommend using Internet Explorer (IE) 11 as the default browser; using the Edge browser interferes with some of the advanced functionality.  Use IE as the default browser with Windows 10/2016, to prevent issues with proxy recording and certificate settings
2. The following protocols are currently not supported on Windows 2016:
   • RTE (Remote Terminal Emulator)
   • SAP GUI
   • Ajax - Click and Script
3. For LoadRunner installed on a Windows Server operating system, Internet Explorer Enhanced Security Configuration (IE ESC) must be disabled in order to view Help Center content. It is enabled by default:
   • In Windows 2012 R2, 2016: Server Manager > Local Server > Internet Explorer Enhanced Security Configuration.

Micro Focus has ended "Committed Support" for Performance Center and LoadRunner 12.5x (12.50, 12.53, 12.55, 12.56 & 12.57) on "31 Oct 2019". These product versions will be under “Extended Support”. This means, Micro Focus will not be issuing any new patches or hotfixes for these versions.  This means no bug fixes and no support for newer versions of browsers, operating systems, and databases.

Now is the time to start planning to upgrade your LoadRunner and/or Performance Center to 12.63 or LR pro 2020.  Micro Focus and Orasi strongly recommend upgrading to Micro Focus LRP 2020.
