I have been asked to write Stubs for stubbing some web services to simulate a third party web service for the purpose of developing other parts of our system. My concern is that if i write these, other departments like QA are going to want to use them for testing the system we are building. Then I am going to be on the hook for maintaining the code and functionality of the fake web services. I don’t want to own this code. I need a self-service way to publish virtual services for all departments to use.
