Is there a way to manage concurrent users by location

We just completed the audit and got penalized for having more global users on line at one time than I have licensed. WE are moving to 12.55 and I am wondering if there is a method to ensure I don’t violate my usage allowance. Seems kind of mean to penalize me but not supply a way for me to ensure I am compliant

No, there is no way within ALM to enforce geographic license restrictions. QC/ALM are not aware of the geographic restrictions on the licenses. All licenses are the same to QC/ALM. It is the customers responsibility to stay in compliance with the restrictions. I am attaching to the post a document where this was submitted a while back as an enhancement request.
