Yes, you can set the RTS for multiple scripts by doing the following

1. Open your Controller
2. Open your scenario
3. In the Scenario Group Highlight the ''Quaintly'' column (use Ctrl key and mouse to select multiple scripts )
4. Right click in the darken (highlighted area)
5. Select ''Run-Time Setting...''
6. Select ''Shared RTS'' button
7. Then modify your Run-Time Setting (RTS) as needed (the changes will only effect those script selected (highlighted) in the controller scenario.
