I am not aware of any workarounds, the issue with UFT being able to run on a machine that does not have a session is not UFT itself but the issue is that UFT runs on the GUI and any testing software that is acting directly on the GUI requires what is called an ''interactive log on session'' meaning that somewhere there must be a session open somewhere so that UFT can actually act on those objects. UFT acts just like a user would when interacting with a program, UFT is meant to simulate a user testing a site or application so if there is no interface open then UFT cannot act on the OS....
