Issue with Connected device not showing up in Mobile Center

We have set up the mobile center a few months ago successfully and now we changed to a new set of mobile devices.
While mobile devices were being changed, I have updated the corresponding device drivers. Everything else is same, uft14.0, mobile center2.20. I did not make any change with the connector box, it is also same.
Now my device does not show up.

Please follow the steps listed here:

Please make sure of the following:
USB debug mode needs to be turned on in the device.
