Issue with the client launcher delivery in ALM 15.5?

Hello, I have installed ALM 15.5 on our test server environment and am planning to install it on prod servers later next week. I want to make use of the ALM client launcher feature within ALM 15.5. During the installation I have selected the checkbox option in the ALM client launcher window to “package client files in the server for ALM client Launcher”. However when the end users launch ALM from their system and click on the client launcher link, then select option” Download ALM client launcher from ALM server in the next screen, when the launcher attempts to download its, the browser is throwing a 404 error on the resultant page. How does the client launcher exe get packaged from the server so the users can download seamlessly?

Hello HomerJ, The documentation seems to have missed a step and the client launcher exe has to be has to be manually added to the <alm url>/qcbin/Apps folder on the server and then it gets delivered by the server to the end users through the qcbin page when they click it and select the download from server radio button option.
