Just installed AutoPass License Server but can’t check out a Remote Commuter License?

Our team installed AutoPass License Server and definitely installed the licenses (I can see them in the View Licenses page), but I can’t check out a Remote Commuter License. What am I missing?

You will need to first connect with a UFT client and check-out either a Live (normal connection) or Commuter License first from the client-side. You will then see the Usage page populate. Once that happens (this is called "product configuring"), you can check-out a Remote Commuter License from the AutoPass License Server-side. Marked as spam
