We are converting our test machines from Windows 7 to Windows 10 and trying to execute a test cycle with the new machines, the machines are virtual Citrix workstations and we use the Lab Manager in ALM 12.55 patch 03 to schedule the tests.
For this particular set of tests is just to logon to each test machine and reboot it so it is not even software testing.

The following problems are observed when attempting to run using the unattended mechanism
also, Upon load, the Lab Manager may report status of N/A on the relevant test script, indicating that the script could not be launched on the applicable machine. There doesn’t seem to be a trend in the recurrence of this issue. The script may or may not start, regardless of which machine.

Usually this is because lab service add in on the UFT machine was installed while UAC was still enabled, UAC is only required to be disabled on install of the Lab service add in, once installed you should be able to back UAC back down to a regular level. ALM lab service has always required UAC to be turned all the way off on install or you can see weird behavior.
