Launch Report button disabled in ALM

Hi Team, I am not able to view the reports form ALM as the launch report button is greyed out.please help me

Raju, There is another EyeOnTesting that deals with this issue. Here is the link to it: Basically, you need to install the UFT ALM Add-in for the versions of both ALM and UFT that you have. Marked as spam
