We’re upgrading our LoadRunner environment to 12.01
from 11.52 and the upgrade to the controller did not succeed.
Rather than try to troubleshoot the problem on the existing
configuration we’d like to re-install the OS and remove all
extraneous software from the machine to have a clean install.
We’re unsure on what the steps are to retain our licensing data
and need some assistance to ensure nothing gets lost. The
computer is running Windows 7 Enterprise 32-bit which I did
not see in the list of operating systems above.
