Hi Orasi, I am getting this message when I run the LoadRunner Setup.exe ================================================= Unable to install the prerequisite. Manually install the required For additional information on the required updates for Microsoft Visual ========================================================== . I check these updates are for Windows 8.1, I am using Windows 8 64 bit system. Kindly help

Hello, LoadRunner 12.53 is not supported on Windows 8. For LoadRunner 12.53 you must use one of the following Windows OS: - Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1 64-bit Please pick one of the supported Windows OS and try again. Marked as spam
