LR 2022 R1 VuGen is not establishing connection to LRE Server

LR 2022 R1 VuGen is not establishing connection to LRE via VuGen > LRE Integration. There is no error message. It is spinning icon in the center of the dialog box and not moving to next step where I can key in credentials.

Solution is,

  1. Close all applications including Vugen
  2. Navigate to the …UserusernameAppDataRoamingMicro Focus folder
  3. Copy and Rename “Loadrunner”  folder  (to Lrbackup)
  4. Delete the …LoadRunnerVugenLREIntegration folder
  5. Launch VuGen
  6. Select  VuGen > LRE Integration. Establish connection.

 

This fix should work for all LR 2021.X and 2022.Xx version of VuGen
