Macro security settings error while connecting the ALM from word add in

Hello, For our HP ALM Word Add-Ins we get the following error when we try to connect to ALM from the Word Add-In: "macro can’t be found or has been disabled because of your Macro security settings" How can we find the location of our macro settings so I can provide to our desktops team to include as part of the trusted sites.

Hi Bhaskar, Macro settings you can find under MS Word > Options > Trust Centers > Trust center settings Select the macro settings from the left hand navigation menu and ensure that Word is set to ''Trust access to the VBA project object model'' and ''Enable all macros''. If these settings are grayed out then chances are your Word settings are modified by a domain policy and you will need to request the changes. Verify the Trust Center Add-ins setting is not blocking access to any Add-ins by un-checking any options that may be selected. Marked as spam
