Hello. I have seen this message before. In the ‘Connections’ screens in MF Connect, click the gear icon for the affected application link, and select ‘Edit’. Click the ‘Next’ button until you get the ‘Projects and Rules’ screen. In the ‘Common Projects’ section, make sure you have the projects selected for both end points. If you have rules set for your defect application link, you will need to select the target and source projects in the ‘Defect’ section. After you have selected the projects, save the changes, then retest to see if the same message occurs when you try to start the connection.

That was the issue. After adding the projects to the ‘Defects’ section in the ‘Projects and Rules’ screen, the message no longer appears, and the application link runs as expected. Thanks for your help!
