Missing Cross Project Customization

We recently installed QC Ent 12.53 and everything was working fine till we applied our license and now we have lost the functionality of the Cross Project Customization. What happened?

When you installed ALM you probably installed the temp license that is good for 30 days. The default
when you use this license is the ALM edition. When you applied your license you now have the features available to QC Enterprise edition.

Page 315 of the QC/ALM Administrators Guide

ALM Editions: Cross project customization is not available for Quality Center Enterprise
Edition, Quality Center Community Edition, or Quality Center Express Edition. For more
information about ALM editions and their functionality, see the HP Application Lifecycle
Management User Guide.
