Missing Site Configurations Parameters

For some reason some of our Site Configurations have been deleted. Now we only have 7 before we had about 20.

This is a known issue.

This occurs when
SQL Server is running on the same server as Quality Center and the server is rebooted.

When the SQL Server startup initiation activities have not completed before QC
completes its start up activities it appears that some of the Site Configuration parameters are missing.

The data is not missing, just not shown.

The resolution is to just restart the Quality Center service.
The parameteters will reappear.
