Mobile Center – unable to connect iOS devices, version 2.6
Question ID: 108292

I updated to 2.60.9376 of Mobile Center

I am having issues getting the ios devices to function.

None of the devices will install the Agent files.

I have done the steps to resign all the files for the agent, and I am still seeing a message in MC that the devices were not signed.

I have one 1 device that claims to have the signing done, but it still will not install the Agents.
Please advise

HP4M-Agent.ipa
HP4M-Agent_D.ipa ( i do not see this in the docs as one that needs to be signed, so I did not sign this one)
HPMC-AgentLauncher.ipa
WebDriverAgentRunner-Runner.ipa
WebDriverAgentRunner-Runner_xcode9.ipa

Go Dawgs,

Please check your connector.log file found here:
C:Program FilesHPE Mobile Center Connectorconnectorlog if you are on a Connector or
C:Program FilesHPE Mobile Center Serverserverlog if you are on a Server.
Please look for messages concerning the Provisioning profile being expired or having multiple certificates as there is only supposed to be one.
After fixing the provisioning profile, you should be able to resign the 4 agent files and then be able to connect them to Mobile Center.
