Moving Manual Tests From One Folder to Another Error

I tried to move a test in Quality Center from one folder to another folder and got this error: Field < Subject > requires a value from the corresponding list. It won’t let me move the test at all. What does this mean?

I have had this problem as well and am not sure why it happens. The solution I found was to logoff QC then log back in. This solved the problem. Marked as spam
