MS-Office Skype conflicts with ALM

A couple of our users are having login issues into ALM when Skype is also running. They are getting this error: *Unable to cast COM object of type ‘System_ComObject’ to interface type Microsoft.Office.Uc.UCOfficeIntegration’* It is happening with some users and working fine for some other users in the same team.

You could also have your affected users sign out, or exit from Skype and then Launch ALM through the browser (NOT ALM explorer).. Marked as spam
